An intricate and exquisite zardozi bag, hand made in India and acquired by the previous owner circa 1930.

Black cotton velvet is enhanced with a detailed stitching of gold thread with a flap front closure and flat strap to the back - to allow for the bag to be held in the wrist.

Inside is lined in black cotton and there is a single inner pocket.

A beautiful item in very good condition with some loose threads.
